Step 1 | Schedule a Free Virtual Consultation
Schedule your appointment to discuss your medical history, weight loss goals, and assess if the program is right for you. During the virtual consultation, our medical director will conduct a thorough review of your medical history. This includes any existing health conditions, medications you may be taking, and previous experiences with weight loss efforts. Based on the information gathered, our medical director will assess your suitability for the Medicated Weight Loss Program.
Step 2 | Initial Appointment
Following the free virtual consultation you will follow up at one of our four convenient offices in Mitchell, Yankton, Hartford, or Corsica. At this appointment we will record your initial weight and measurements, diet and exercise goals will be discussed, and you will start the injectable medication.
Step 3 | Monthly Check-ins
Follow up appointments will be scheduled every four weeks to monitor your weight, measurements, and overall progress. Our program includes diet and exercise guidance to help you make sustainable lifestyle modifications.
Step 4 | Maintenance Program
Upon reaching your goal weight, our support doesn't end. We provide a dedicated maintenance program to help you transition into a sustainable and healthy lifestyle. This program includes continued medication dosing, ongoing guidance, check-ins, and strategies to ensure you maintain your achieved weight and continue to thrive.
